Junoon Spice Room. This is one my favorite place at the restaurant. Generally my day begins here (weighting, grinding, creating mixtures).

  1. Hey Vikas! Great work with your wonderful restaurants, and this blog! I loved reading through your posts. Each and every tip you provide her is very useful, and reminds me of how my mom taught me to cook! I was first introduced to you/your recipes when your recipe was featured in our cafe for an India's Independence Day Special, and later by a friend's husband who is also a chef and follows your work closely. While, I've never really been to your restaurant (would love to!) I've been reading up quite a lot of the stuff you've published. Keep up the good work! And, good luck for the second season of Master Chef!
