NEW SPRING COCKTAILS AT JUNOON

As if plucked from Jaipur, India’s famous rose-colored royal city, Junoon's

antique triple-arched gate leads into palace-inspired interiors.

Since opening in late December, this Indian jewel has become a treasured find

for rock legends, TV personalities, and writers looking to fly under the radar.

Last night they rolled out their nventive spring cocktail program of refreshing potables,

such as the Apple Tree, a layered elixir of calvados apple brandy, applejack, and

apple liqueur with muddled mint and lime, and the Tandoori Tequila, a spicy

blend of silver tequila, lime muddled tandoori pineapple, curry leaf, and Pippali pepper.
